Click “More Services” within “Azure services”
Within “Categories”, select “AI + machine learning”
Select “Azure OpenAI”Microsoft Azure Portal
Click on "More Services" within "Azure services".
Within "Categories", select "AI + machine learning".
Select "Azure OpenAI".
In the top left, click the “Create” "Create" button.
You should now see a page similar
