Requesting access to the Azure OpenAI

  1. Navigate to Microsoft Azure Portal - https://portal.azure.com/

  2. Click on "More Services" within "Azure services".

  3. Within "Categories" (on the left side), select "AI + machine learning".

  4. Select "Azure OpenAI" .in the “Azure AI Services”-list

  1. will now be presented a window where you first have to select a Subscription and a link to the

    1. Select the Subscription (1) you want the OpenAI and Personal Assistant connected to.

    2. Click the link (2) which takes you to a new page to request access to “Azure OpenAI service”.
      Note: You will have to do this request to Microsoft again if you want to change subscription in the future

Submitting the form

Most of the questions and forms are self-explained, however we will focus on a few topics that might be confusing.

Note: There are several topics that are optional and can be ignored

“3. How many Azure Subscription ID's would you like to have access to this service?”

  • Select 1

“14. Is your organization an ISV, SI, or MSP?”

  • If your company can be categorized within one of the options, select the appropriate

  • If not, use the “Other” field and input the category of your company, e.g:

    • Legal Services Provider

    • Municipality

    • Consumer Goods Company

“18. Which Azure OpenAI service feature(s) are you requesting access for?”

  • Select only the “Text and code models”

“19. Text and code: Select your use case(s)” (will show when you select the option above)
