The account creation process varies depending on the version of PA you are using.
Personal Assistant in the cloud at ayfie.com
Personal account
Simply visit pa.ayfie.com and choose whether you’d like to sign in with Oauth through Microsoft or Google, or create an account not linked to third party services.
Corporate subscription
Upon creating the corporate subscription, your company should have received a signup link. You will need to open that link and follow the signup process on the page.

No account creation is necessary - if you can log into Locator then your access to PA will depend on how your account is configured.
