The main chat interface of the Ayfie Personal Assistant is the default landing when you log in, allowing users to begin interacting with the AI immediately. As the heart of your interaction with the AI. It , it is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, allowing you to communicate effectively with the assistant to get answers, perform tasks, and analyze information. Starting a New Chat
Default landing: As this is the default landing page, you can start chatting immediately after logging in.
Start over with defaults: To start a new conversation, click on "New chatChat" from the left-hand menu. This opens a fresh chat window where you can begin typing your queries or tasks.User-Friendly Input: The chat input box is located at the bottom of the interface. Here, you can type your questions or commands. The interface supports natural language input, making it easy to communicate with the AI as you would with a humanwill begin a new conversation with the default Model, no Instruction selected and no Files selected.
Start a new chat with current settings: Using the “Reset Chat” button under the right side of the top menu bar will start a new conversation, but retain the currently selected Model, Instructions and Files.
Chat Window Features
Conversation Display: The main area of the chat interface displays the ongoing conversation. Messages from you and responses from the AI are shown in a threaded format, making it easy to follow the dialogue.
The Chat Input Box: Located at the bottom of the interface, it is where you can type your questions or commands. Scroll and NavigateThe interface supports natural language input, making it easy to communicate with the AI as you would with a human.
Conversation History: You can scroll back through the conversation to review previous messages. This is useful for maintaining context and ensuring continuity in your discussions.
Response Details
Next to the timestamp at the end of each of the AI’s replies is a fold-out menu opened by clicking the ...
button.
Copy text: This option copies the response using Markdown to preserve formatting
Convert to document: This option will generate a Word .docx document containing the response body
Convert to Presentation: This option will generate a PowerPoint .pptx document containing the response body
File and Model information: If any Files were used to produce this response, they will be indicated here. Otherwise, the Model that generated the response will be displayed instead. Hovering your mouse over the icon will show the Model and Intruction used to generate the response, as well as a detailed list of Files used by the Assistant.

Drag and Drop Files: The chat interface allows you to upload files directly into the conversation. You can drag and drop files into the chat window, or use the "Upload files" button to select documents from your device. File Analysis: Once uploaded, the AI can analyze the content of the files, providing summaries, insights, or specific information based on your queries. Please note that some models are designated as Premium models - users of the free version of Personal Assistant can only ask a limited number of questions to Premium models each week.
