Introduce Enterprise Search plugin in Personal Assistant

• Introduced Search Plugin in Personal Assistant that fetches the most relevant documents from the enterprise search index as context.

Notes

This is currently a beta feature and one must manually enable it. Both AI Search and Search Plugin in Personal Assistant is enabled by setting AYFIE_SEARCH_UI_FEATURE_SEMANTIC_SEARCH to true in the custom.env file.
