Personal Assistant: How to submit form to MS (draft)

Prerequisites

• The user performing the steps in this guide needs to be an 365 Admin

Submitting the Azure OpenAI application form

1. Navigate to Microsoft Azure Portal - https://portal.azure.com/

2. Click on "More Services" within "Azure services".

   

3. Within "Categories", select "AI + machine learning".

4. Select "Azure OpenAI".

5. In the top left, click the "Create" button.

You should now see a page similar to the one shown below. Instead of the light blue sections shown in the screenshot, you should have a red section saying something like "Before creating an OpenAI application, you need to submit a form to Microsoft". Click the link within this section, and you should get the form application in a new tab.
