The My Files section of the application is a central hub for managing your uploaded documents
1. Uploading Files

2. File Display and Information
Upon entering the My Files section, you will see a list of all your uploaded files. Each file is represented by a File Card that provides essential information:
File Name
Author
Upload Date
File Size
Tags: Any tags associated with the file are shown here, providing a quick reference for categorization.
3. File Actions
Each File Card includes a menu button which you can click to see a list of actions you can perform on the file:
Open in Chat: This option allows you to open the file directly in a chat session with the AI, enabling you to ask questions or request analyses based on the file's content.
Add Tag: Tags help in categorizing and retrieving files quickly. You can create custom tags and assign predefined colors to them for visual organization.
Share: This feature lets you share files with other members of your organization. You can select specific individuals or share with the entire organization.
Delete: If a file is no longer needed, you can delete it to keep your file list organized.
4. Bulk file operations
Hovering over a File Card will show a checkbox you can click to select the file. Selected File Cards display a checkmark symbol in their top left corner. If any file cards are selected, the Menu Bar on top will present additional actions that can be

Upload: The upload button allows you to add new files to your collection. This option will always be visible.
Additional actions become visible when any File Cards have been selected:
Group: You can create a new file group with the selected files, which is useful for organizing related documents together.
Add to group: You can add the files to an already existing group

The "My Files" section also includes a tab for managing file groups:

View and Manage Groups: Once groups are created, you can view them under the "File Groups" tab. This allows for easy access and management of grouped files.
4. Shared Files
The "My Files" section includes tabs for files shared with you and files you have shared:
Shared With Me: This tab displays files that other users have shared with you. It provides a convenient way to access collaborative documents.
Shared By Me: Here, you can see all the files you have shared with others. This helps in tracking shared resources and managing permissions.
5. User Interface Elements
Search Bar: At the top of the "My Files" section, a search bar allows you to quickly find files by name, tag, or other metadata. This is particularly useful when dealing with a large number of files.
Filter Options: You can filter files based on various criteria such as date, size, or tags, making it easier to locate specific documents.
Sort Functionality: Files can be sorted by name, date, or size, allowing you to organize your view according to your preferences.
