The My Files section of the application is a central hub for managing your uploaded documents

File Display and Information
Upon entering the My Files section, you will see a list of all your uploaded files. Each file is represented by a File Card that provides essential information:
File Name
Author
Upload Date
File Size
Tags: Any tags associated with the file are shown here, providing a quick reference for categorization.
File Actions
Each File Card includes a menu button which you can click to see a list of actions you can perform on the file:
Open in Chat: This option allows you to open the file directly in a chat session with the AI, enabling you to ask questions or request analyses based on the file's content.
Add Tag: Tags help in categorizing and retrieving files quickly. You can create custom tags and assign predefined colors to them for visual organization.
Share: This feature lets you share files with other members of your organization. You can select specific individuals or share with the entire organization.
Delete: If a file is no longer needed, you can delete it to keep your file list organized.
Bulk file operations
Hovering over a File Card will show a checkbox you can click to select the file. Selected File Cards display a checkmark symbol in their top left corner. If any file cards are selected, the Menu Bar on top will present additional actions that can be

Upload: The upload button allows you to add new files to your collection. This option will always be visible.
Additional actions become visible when any File Cards have been selected:
Group: You can create a new file group with the selected files, which is useful for organizing related documents together.
Add to group: You can add the files to an already existing group
The other available actions are analoguous to the File Actions discussed earlier:

File Group Management
The File Groups tab in the My Files dashboard is presented similarly to the Files tab. Each File Group is presented as a File Card including a menu button which you can click to see a list of actions you can perform on the group:
Open in Chat
Rename: This option lets you change the group name
Group Description: This option lets you change the group description
Edit: This option lets you change the files that are assigned to this group
Delete: This option lets you remove the File Group. Note that only the grouping itself is affected - the individual files that constituted the group will still remain in the system.
File Sharing
When sharing a file, you can choose either to share it with specific members of your organization or with the organization as a whole:
You can review the files you have shared and files shared with you in the Shared With Me and Shared By Me tabs.
