Supported LoboDMS Versions
The connector was tested on LoboDMS version 4.11.71.
Limitations
Only Documents Category objects are made searchable.
Prerequisites
- A LoboDMS Index User account is needed for indexing. The Index / Service User must have Read access to all index-able entries. The 'index' user must be registered in LoboDMS through the LoboDMS Admin configuration interface.
- The lobo-dms client must be installed on the indexing machine, and configured with the IP of the LoboDMS server through the lobo-dms Connection Manager.
Supported Data Types
The connector supports indexing the following data types:
- Document
Crawl Methods
Full Crawl: The ConnectorName Connector supports scheduling periodic full scans of the source system.
Incremental Crawl: Not supported or describe the ChangeSet functionality
DocumentHandler
The DocumentHandler is required on the clients to open search hits in the LoboDMS.
Other information
Multiple connections can be configured, with similar or different content targets and Security options.
