Limitations
- Opening is not supported/very limited, including both local and web application.
- Full Security model not implemented. Please see security for every content types.
Prerequisites
The following information and index users are required to configure a connection to Maconomy:
Name | Description |
Maconomy database server | The name of the database server with the Maconomy database. |
Maconomy database name | The name of the Maconomy database |
SQL Authentication user | SQL Authentication User that got read access to Maconomy source database. |
Supported Data Types
The Maconomy DBC connector support indexing the following document types:
- Vendor invoice (preview and downloadable)
- Customer invoice
- Customer
- Project
Crawl Methods
Full Crawl: The ConnectorName Connector supports scheduling periodic full scans of the source system.
Incremental Crawl: Not supported
DocumentHandler
Not required.
Other information
Too be able to show all tabs and metadata containing to the different objects some customizations has to be done.
- Copy maconomy_item.html from the fetch folder to the Item-folder within Restservice and rename to maconomy.html
- Copy maconomy_hover.html from the fetch folder to the Hover-folder within Restservice and rename to maconomy.html
- Uncomment the "templateRules"-code in Via.Dbc.CommunityFetchService.exe.config and comment the other "templateRules"-code.
