The Chat History section of the Ayfie Personal Assistant is designed to enhance your productivity by providing easy access to your previous conversations with the AI, enabling you to continue discussions, retrieve information, and maintain a coherent workflow.
Upon entering the "Chat History" section, you will see a chronological list of your previous interactions with the AI displayed in the right sidebar.
Conversation List: Each entry in the list represents a separate chat session. The list is organized by the date and time of the last interaction, with the most recent conversations appearing at the top.
Conversation Preview: For each chat, a brief preview of the last message is displayed. This helps you quickly identify the content of the conversation without needing to open it fully.
Filter Options: You can narrow down the list of conversations to only display pinned items.
After selecting a conversation in the sidebar, its' contents will display in the main chat area and additional buttons will appear in the top bar and on the bottom of the page.
Selected Files: This option lets you view a list of files that were used as context for the conversation.
Continue: This option lets you continue the conversation. If any of the files used as context are no longer available, you will see a dialog box informing you about this issue.
Download: This option lets you download the conversation as text.
Delete: This option lets you remove the conversation from your history.
Please note that deleting a conversation is irreversible. |
Pin: This option lets you distinguish a conversation in your chat history for later reference.
Continue Chatting: Same as the Continue button, this option allows you to continue the conversation from where you left off.
