What is Ayfie Supervisor?

Supervisor is a report engine

• Supervisor is used to generate reports on customer managed data. The reports can be in regard to any type of data, but compliance cases are the most common use cases. Here are two examples:

  • Detect and identify data that is stored in violation of EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

  • Generate the required data to respond to a Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)

Supervisor is not a standalone product

• For Supervisor to be able to inspect customer data, Locator must already be installed and in operation. This because Supervisor reports are made by analyzing the same index as used by Locator as shown in the figure below. See What is Ayfie Locator? for more information about Locator.
