Agent - Roles and Permissions
Agent users can be issued with the following Roles to grant them elevated access to Agent’s configuration:
Admin (agent.admin)
The admin role encompasses all functionalities available to the other roles described below as well as some admin role specific functionalities.
Chatbot Manager (agent.chatbot_manager)
The chatbot manager role permits the execution of the following actions:
Access the list of chatbots
Create or edit chatbots
Delete chatbots
Publish chatbots or configure access settings
Branding Manager (agent.branding_manager)
The branding manager role permits the execution of the following actions:
Save images, themes, and configurations for custom branding
Delete assets from custom branding
Restore branding to default settings
Source Manager (agent.source_manager)
The source manager role permits the execution of the following actions:
Access the list of organizational sources
Create or edit organizational sources
Delete organizational sources
Disable/Enable organizational sources
Any Agent functionality not listed above is available to all users with access to the Agent.
