Agent - Roles and Permissions

Agent users can be issued with the following Roles to grant them elevated access to Agent’s configuration:

  • Admin (personal_assistant.admin)

    • The admin role encompasses all functionalities available to the other roles described below as well as some admin role specific functionalities.

  • Chatbot Manager (personal_assistant.chatbot_manager)

    • The chatbot manager role permits the execution of the following actions:

      • Access the list of chatbots

      • Create or edit chatbots

      • Delete chatbots

      • Publish chatbots or configure access settings

  • Branding Manager (personal_assistant.branding_manager)

    • The branding manager role permits the execution of the following actions:

      • Save images, themes, and configurations for custom branding

      • Delete assets from custom branding

      • Restore branding to default settings

  • Source Manager (agent.source_manager)

    • The source manager role permits the execution of the following actions:

      • Access the list of organizational sources

      • Create or edit organizational sources

      • Delete organizational sources

      • Disable/Enable organizational sources

Any Agent functionality not listed above is available to all users with access to the Agent.
