The account creation process varies depending on the version of Agent you are using.

Agent in the cloud at ayfie.com

Personal Agent

Visit chat.ayfie.com and choose whether you’d like to sign in with Oauth through Microsoft or Google, or create an account not linked to third party services.

Business Agent

The Business Agent subscription must be registered by your company first. This can be done at the self-service portal https://signup.ayfie.com/ . It is also possible for Ayfie to create a subscription for your company. Next you will need to use a signup link - this can be obtained in one of two ways.

The organization-wide signup link

The e-mail used to register the subscription will receive a signup link when the subscription was created. This link is unique to that business subscription and will allow any user in possession of it to join the new instance of Business Agent.

Individual invites through the Account Portal

The subscription’s owner can manage the subscription and invite new users through the Account Admin portal at https://account.ayfie.com .

If a user is added in the portal, they will receive an e-mail from team@ayfie.services titled You’re Invited to join <organization name> on the Ayfie Platform:

Dear User,

You have been invited to join the <organization name> organization on the Ayfie Platform.

To join the organization, please go to the following link: <link> and log in or register using your email address.

The link in this e-mail will be unique and specific to the user.

Creating your account using the signup link

Open the signup link and follow the signup process there, in the same fashion as you would create a personal account.

Attempting to create an account in a business subscription without using the signup link will result in an error message:

Agent through Azure Marketplace

No account creation is necessary - your existing Entra / Azure / Microsoft credentials will be used.

Agent through Search / Index

No account creation is necessary - if you can log into Search then your access to Agent will depend on how your account is configured in the Authority Service (either by Professional Services during the original installation or by your organization’s administrator afterwards).
