Agent - Chat History
The Chat History section lets you quickly access your previous conversations with Agent so you can continue discussions and retrieve past information.
Conversation availability may be affected by your organization’s data retention settings (see Agent - Data retention limits ).
Viewing Past Conversations
Upon entering the Chat History section, you see a chronological list of your previous interactions with Agent in the right sidebar.
Conversation List: Each entry in the list represents a separate chat session. The list is organized by the date and time of the last interaction, with the most recent conversations appearing at the top.
Conversation Preview: For each chat, a brief preview of the first message is shown, so you can quickly recognize the conversation without opening it.
Filter Options: You can filter the list to show only pinned conversations.
Managing Conversations
After selecting a conversation in the sidebar, its contents appear in the main chat area and additional buttons appear in the top bar and at the bottom of the page.
Top bar:
Continue: Resume the conversation from its last message.
Download: This option lets you download the conversation as text.
Delete: This option lets you remove the conversation from your history.
Please note that deleting a conversation is irreversible.
Pin/Unpin: This option lets you pin a conversation in your chat history for later reference, or remove the pin if it’s already set.
Bottom bar:
Continue Chatting: Same action as Continue in the top bar.
