For those environments where users are enabled to access Locator using Remote Desktop Services (formerly named Windows Terminal Services), the multi-user versions of the Locator clients should be used and installed by the IT administrator.
SSL
If Locator is enabled with SSL, the multi user version of the Document Handler should be used. The SSL certificate shipped with Document Handler Multi-user MSI is subject to expiry. If Locator is enabled with SSL the Document Handler should be upgrade before the expiry of the SSL certificate. The SSL certificate of Document Handler Multi-user MSI version 2.11.914 expires August 8th 2022.
