ayfie Locator Clients

The single user version of the Locator clients (Document Handler and MyWorks) can be downloaded and installed by each individual Locator user from the "Accounts & Settings" page in the Locator Web Client.  A single-user MSI is provided below, for both the Document Handler and MyWorks, when network administrators want to push it out to user computers via a group policy.  

For those environments where users are enabled to access Locator using Remote Desktop Services (formerly named Windows Terminal Services), the multi-user versions of the Locator clients should be used and installed by the IT administrator.

SSL

If Locator is enabled with SSL, the multi user version of the Document Handler should be used. The SSL certificate shipped with Document Handler Multi-user MSI is subject to expiry. If Locator is enabled with SSL, the Document Handler needs to be upgraded on the clients before the expiry of the SSL certificate. The SSL certificate of Document Handler Multi-user MSI version 2.11.921 expires July 29th 2024.
