Limitations
- Opening search hits is not supported.
Prerequisites
- A license for the IMAP Connector is required
- An user that can see all user's mailboxes or their copies has to be created. This user will be called auditor.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Auditor account should be configured in a way that each folder could be unambiguously matched with the corresponding Active Directory user, for example by putting all content from user's mailbox into a root folder called firstname_lastname.

The connector supports indexing the following data types:

Crawl Methods
Full Crawl: The IMAP Connector supports scheduling periodic full scans of the source system.
Incremental Crawl: The IMAP Connector supports incremental crawls of the source system.
DocumentHandler
Not required.
