• Custom entity items added. They can be chosen from a list in the Admin Wizard.
  Not all metadata values for the custom entities are displayed in the details tab. This must be set up for each customer.
  Custom entity items will not have an associated icon in the search, but the Ms Crm custom item (filetype_mscrm_custom.gif) can renamed to match the custom item name.
