Update Keycloak to version 22

Authority Service

  • Keycloak updated to version 22.

  • Startup procedure has been altered. It now avoids creating the superadmin account for regular Keycloak management and using it solely for migration procedure. Superadmin account is removed after migration is done. Regular admin accounts are created in imported realms.

  • Configs has been transitioned to support Quarkus framework.

  • Updated Login Event listener plugin to support Keycloak 22.

  • Adjustments made in the image build for compatibility with Java 17.
