Linux support

Solr

• Added Linux support to the Ayfie Solr Docker image

• Property Substitution is now used to set customizable variables replacing environment variables.

• The vector dimension in the Chat configset can now be set by property substitution.

• Introduced environment variable to control Solr metrics and changed it to false by default.

• The Main collection is not created if it does not exist. The application using the index service is responsible for creating collections.

• Removed Zookeeper Prometheus metrics support.
