The account creation process varies depending on the version of Personal Assistant you are using.
Personal Assistant in the cloud at ayfie.com
Personal account
Visit pa.ayfie.com and choose whether you’d like to sign in with Oauth through Microsoft or Google, or create an account not linked to third party services.
Corporate subscription
Your company needs to register a corporate subscription first, which can be done at the self-service portal https://signup.ayfie.com/ . It is also possible for us to create a subscription for you.
In either case, the e-mail used to register the subscription will then receive a signup link. This link is unique to your corporate subscription and will allow any user in possession of it to join your corporate instance of Personal Assistant.
To create your account, open the signup link and follow the signup process on the page.
Attempting to create an account in a corporate subscription without using the signup link will result in an error message:
Personal Assistant through Azure Marketplace
No account creation is necessary - your existing Entra / Azure / Microsoft credentials will be used.
Personal Assistant through Ayfie Locator / Saga Platform
No account creation is necessary - if you can log into Locator then your access to PA will depend on how your account is configured.
