Personal Assistant in the cloud will behave differently for freemium users and for premium/corporate users:
For freemium users, inactive files will be deleted after 7 days since last use
For premium and corporate users, a 20/30 policy is in effect: files will be indicated with a warning 20 days since last use and deleted 30 days since last use.
Personal Assistant in Azure Marketplace will follow the same 20/30 policy by default, but can be set to use different limits
