Limitations

  • The DocuShare Connector only supports Download links. Opening of search hits in DocuShare application is not supported.
  • Only MS SQL database backend is supported.

Prerequisites

  • A license for the DocuShare Connector.
  • An index user with read permission to DocuShare database

Supported Data Types

The connector supports indexing the following data types:

  • Document
  • Mail

Crawl Methods

Full Crawl: The DocuShare Connector supports scheduling periodic full scans of the source system.

Incremental Crawl: The DocuShare Connector supports ChangeSet functionality based on modified date on the items.

DocumentHandler

The DocumentHandler is not required.
