The Settings section of Agent lets you manage your account and configure your user preferences.

Use this tab to manage your personal details and core account settings.

• User information: Shows the name and email address of the account you’re currently signed in with. This is useful if you use multiple Agent accounts and need to confirm which one you’re using.

• Sign out: Logs you out of Agent. Use this to protect your account on shared devices or to switch between multiple accounts.

• Language settings: Choose the language for the Agent interface. Currently, you can select English or Norwegian (Bokmål).

• Remove user data: Permanently deletes your account if you decide to stop using the service.

• System version: Shows the version of Agent you’re currently using. Include this when troubleshooting or contacting support.

This tab lists all in-app messages you’ve received in Agent, so you can review any notifications you might have missed.

This tab stores reusable prompt suggestions. By default, it lists recent prompts you’ve used in Agent. From here, you can add new suggestions, pin prompts you want to reuse, edit them, or delete them.

This tab contains a list of Sources that are available for your use. These sources are configured and managed by your organization’s Business Agent administrators.
