Locator - Preview
The preview feature allows you to open and look at the document without opening it in the native data source. It’s also in the preview tab that you can annotate the document by marking any text.
Not all documents can be previewed. If you can't preview the document, it is most likely the size of the document that is too big.
In the top bar: search through the content in that specific document and/or access document management features.
