Locator - Search Results

The search results are displayed in the big main section. You can sort by relevance or date.

Relevance search results sorted by how relevant they are to the query.

Date search results sorted by the modified date.

Default view is “detailed view”, and this can easily be changed on the top right.

Actions

You can click the 3 dots menu to do actions on the document:

Open - opens the document in the native source
Open containing page - opens the parent page of the document in the native source
Download - downloads a copy of the document
Find Similar - performs a new search that finds similar document to this document
Add to favorites - add the document to your favorites, so it later can be retrieved by selecting Favorite in the System Tag search filter.

For each search result, you can click on the “body” to open more tabs to interact with the documents. These tabs are:

Displays details as name, data source, summary and primary metadata

Displays details as name, data source, thumbnail and primary metadata.

Displays details as name, location, date modified and size.
