Throttle

The "Throttle" command supports the following options and parameters

/query|q:<Boolean>                Display converter memory throttle settings

/enable|e:<Boolean>               Enable or disable converter memory throttle

/memory|m:<Int32>                Amount of memory to reserve in gigabytes (default = 4)

/help|h|?:<Boolean>               Get help
