PA - Data retention limits
It’s common for users to upload documents they only use a few times. If those files were kept indefinitely, they would eventually overload the application’s finite storage capacity. To prevent that, cloud versions of Personal Assistant will limit data retention by default. In on-premises versions, this behaviour is optional and can be enabled and configured by system administrators.
Personal Assistant in the cloud will mark files with a warning 20 days since last use and delete them 30 days since last use
Personal Assistant in Azure Marketplace will default to the same policy as Personal Assistant in the cloud, but the limits can be overridden with different values
Personal Assistant in Locator / Saga does not enforce any data retention limit by default - the feature is entirely optional there. If enabled in the application configuration menu, the limits will default to the same policy as Personal Assistant in the cloud, but can be overridden with different values
