It’s common for users to upload documents they only use a few times. If those files were kept indefinitely, they would eventually overload the application’s limited storage capacity. To prevent that, PA uses
Personal Assistant in the cloud will indicate files with a warning 20 days after they were last used and delete them 10 days later
Personal Assistant in Azure Marketplace will follow the same policy by default, but can be set to use different limits
Personal Assistant in Locator / Saga does not limit data retention by default, but the feature can be enabled in its settings in a similar way to the Cloud and Azure versions.
