Uninstalling Locator and Supervisor - known issue

Locator is a pre-requisite for installing, operating and uninstalling Supervisor.

If Locator is uninstalled from the environment while Supervisor remains installed, the following will result:

• Attempts to uninstall Supervisor will fail

• The Locator installation directory will not be removed (as Supervisor files reside there)

• Attempts to reinstall Locator into the default directory will fail (as it is not empty)

If both products are to be removed, Supervisor must be uninstalled first.
