Version ePhorte 2.7.5.0

This version adds support for Ephorte Elements (6.*). A new setting is introduced in the Wizard to configure which Frontend to use for opening links. Previously configured connections will get Ephorte Web as Frontend. After upgrading a full scan is required for opening links to work.
