An upgrade to this version from previous versions requires the Wizard to be re-run. Remark to the added settings in the Wizard: When the URL and timing values are edited in the Wizard the Fetch service must be manually re-started for the changes to take effect. A service restart triggered from Admin will keep the old static setting values and the static client and the settings will not be updated.
