Limitations

  • TQM Cloud connector doesn't support any authentication methods. Every document indexed by this connector is visible to all Locator users.

Prerequisites

  • A license for the TQM Cloud Connector is required

  • User with read access to documents and cases.

Supported Data Types

The connector supports indexing the following data types:

Crawl Methods

Full Crawl: The TQM Cloud Connector supports scheduling periodic full scans of the source system.

Incremental Crawl: Incremental crawl is not supported.
