Limitations

NetDocuments API uses OAuth protocol for authorization. Taking into account that OAuth is not supported by the locator, an AD UPN property is matched with a user email address in a NetDocuments system. 

Supported Data Types

The connector indexes workspace documents and folder documents for all cabinets to which the index user has access.

Crawl Methods

Full Crawl: The NetDocuments Connector supports scheduling periodic full scans of the source system.

Incremental Crawl: Incremental crawl supported for documents.

DocumentHandler

Not required.
