New Installations

Please contact sales@ayfie.com for the Supervisor installer. Run the installer on the Locator server. For help installing Supervisor, please see the Supervisor Installation Guide.

Note that a local Supervisor admin user will be created when installing Supervisor for the first time. 

Note: To benefit from the new Lingo entity extractions and GDPR fields, Locator content requires a full re-index.

License Compatibility

Please contact sales@ayfie.com for Supervisor installer and license information.

Supervisor requires an installation of the Locator platform with connectors to the source systems you want to report on.

Supervisor 2.4 requires Locator 2.11 SR5 and above. The Active Directory authentication system needs to be configured upon installation/upgrade of Locator.

Limitations

  • Internet Explorer is not supported

  • A known non-critical issue when logging out of Supervisor.

Rolling Dates

  • Implemented 2 new filter types for the date fields in the reports:

    • InLastXDays - Will match any datetime from <X days ago> to <End of Today>.

    • OlderThanXDays - Will match any datetime from <Beginning of Time> to <X days ago>.

Notes

  • The matching is inclusive. InLast1Days will match any datetime from <Beginning of Yesterday> to <End of Today>.

  • InLast0Days will match any datetime from <Beginning of Today> to <End of Today>.

  • OlderThan0Days will match any datetime from <Beginning of Time> to <End of Today>.

  • Including a new version 2.3.5 of Lingo with the following fixes:

    • Updated the extractor. This release contains numerous data point improvements.

    • Fixed an issue with with Modulus11 for Danish CPR number data point.

    • Removed Job Description and ICD data points.

    • Fixed an issue with weights to support decimal numbers.
