New Installations

Please contact sales@ayfie.com for the Supervisor installer. Run the installer on the Locator server. For help installing Supervisor, please see the Supervisor Installation Guide.

Note that a local Supervisor admin user will be created when installing Supervisor for the first time. 

Note: To benefit from the new Lingo entity extractions and GDPR fields, Locator content requires a full re-index.

License Compatibility

Supervisor requires an installation of the Locator platform with connectors to the source systems you want to report on.

Supervisor 2.4 SR3 requires Locator 2.11 SR9 and above. The Active Directory authentication system needs to be configured upon installation/upgrade of Locator.

Limitations

  • Internet Explorer is not supported

  • A known non-critical issue when logging out of Supervisor.

SUPER-146

Dashboard

  • Validation has been added whether live data request does not contain unsupported fields.

  • Proper error message is now shown if widget is configured to show unsupported fields in live data mode.

  • Unsupported fields are skipped when requesting live data from Report Engine backend.

  • Fix an issue with Live Data returning 0 count.
