EloECM Connector Release Notes

Released Versions

Supported Versions

The connector supports ELOprofessional 10 / ELOenterprise 10 or greater. The connector was developed using the ELO Index server's API (version 10.17.010.297), which is used for all communications with the ELO archive. For more information about the API: ELO ECM Indexserver API Documentation

Limitations

Only Sord objects of type Document files and Folders are returned as search hits, and only the current version thereof. The term 'Sord' comes from Schrank-Ordner-Register-Dokument (cabinet-folder-
tab-document).

Prerequisites

  • An ELO Index User account is needed for indexing. The Index User must have Read access to all index-able entries. In addition, the User must also be able to Checkout (download) the archive entries.

Supported Data Types

The connector supports indexing the following data types:

  • Document
  • Folder

Crawl Methods

Full Crawl: The Connector supports scheduling periodic full scans of the source system.

Incremental Crawl: Supported.

DocumentHandler

Not required

Other information

Multiple connections can be configured, with similar or different content targets and Security options.
