Can I access Locator from my iOS device?

Yes, simply by using the Safari Browser on your iOS device. You'll need to point to the URL of your Locator server. Your device must be connected to the same network in which the Locator server is running. You may need to be logged into your VPN. (Your system administrator can point you to the URL, and advise you on any VPN requirements and setup on your iOS device.)
Typically the URL would be yourservername/search.
Note that your iOS device and the Safari Browser will default to 'download a copy' as the way to handle links to your source data. This is because your iOS device may not have apps to view all types of content, such as MS Exchange emails. In this case use the click on the 'Web Link Outlook WebAccess' to access your source item.
