UNC Path

This setting is not in use by the connector. The connector will get the full path of the files from the database.

Use UNC Path to Public 360° File Archive to verify read access or use \\localhost\c$\Temp.

If there are no Public 360° File Archive use dummy user and values.

Servername and port to access the SI.WS.Core service. E.g: http://servername:8088

UseAccessGroupOnFile

Enter true if UseAccessGroupOnFile is enabled in the Public 360° administration. When setting this to true 

the connector will query the API for the security of the files and not inherit the security of the parent

document card for data types UNCFile and BlobFile. Default value is false. Any other value than true defaults to false.

LanguageLanguage some field values should be translated to. E.g. NOR for Norwegian

File Type to index

Select file types Only the most common file types are included by default.

The file extension to index. The options are:

  • Index all file types (default)
    • This one will by default index ALL files, regardless of the file format
    • For file types associated with the built-in DocFilter content filter, all text content available will be indexed
    • For other file types, only available metadata (like file name and path) will be indexed
  • Index selected file types only
    • Will only index the file types listed in the dialog
  • Exclude selected file types
    • Will index everything - except the file types defined in the list
