Authentication and Identification

The connector relies on the default Locator Active Directory Authentication and Basware Identification Plugin that gets the users' Security Identifiers (SIDs). The Basware Identification Plugin matches the Active Directory domain\username with 'use_sLoginName' column in table 'tSysUser' in the Basware database.

General info: 

Per company:
- Approvers got access to just their assigned invoices
- Accountants and Controllers have access to read all invoices per company

Identification

Scope:

  • "baswareuser" + DATABASENAME + CompanyId
  • "baswaregroup" + DATABASENAME + CompanyId

Tokens:

  • User ID
  • Group ID
