Limitations

  • Only supports MSSQL
  • Only incoming invoices
  • No opening in Basware UI
  • No download of attachments to an invoice

Prerequisites

  • A license for the Basware Connector.
  • User with read access to Basware database
  • AD user with read-access to Basware DC file storage

The connector supports indexing the following data types:

Crawl Methods

Full Crawl: The Basware Connector supports scheduling periodic full scans of the source system.

Incremental Crawl: Not supported.

DocumentHandler

Not required.
