Supported Jo Filarkiv Versions

FilArkiv Byggesaker as of December 2015. Made by JO Informatik in Denmark. (https://byggesaker.filarkiv.dk/)

Limitations

  • For indexing other documents then byggesaker, minor development changes needs to be made in the connector. Norske kommuner (Norwegian municipalities) only have byggesaker in FilArkiv (December 2015).
  • Permissions needed
  • Jo Informatik must open for the IP to get access to the Web Reference/Web Service used by the connector.

  • A license for the Jo Filarkiv Connector.

The connector supports indexing the following data types:

The only content in applications used by norske kommuner are byggesaker - scanned and written documents stored as pdf files. Other customers may include miljøsaker, or other documents types, in the FilArkiv application.

Crawl Methods

Full Crawl: The Jo Filarkiv Connector supports scheduling periodic full scans of the source system.

Incremental Crawl: Not supported.
