Dropbox Business Connector: Adding a New Connection

Active Directory Settings Page

Dropbox Application Settings Page
Next enter generated application Key and Secret. It can be done from My Apps menu either by creating new app, or by using existing app on your profile.

Connection Page
Enter the username and password for an Admin Dropbox User.Â
Click allow to generate an access code.
Copy the text code given and go to the next page in the Admin Wizard. The access code may expire if it is not used within a short time frame.Â

Set Access Token Page
Paste the access code info the first text box and press the grey button. After the access token is generated go to the next Admin Wizard page.
User Accounts To Index Page
Select which users should be indexed and go to the next page.
File Types To Index Page
Setting Name | Description |
---|---|
File Types to Index | The file extension to index. Options are All, List of selected or list of excluded. |
Connection Settings Page
The last page in the Admin Wizard is a summary of the connection settings.
Please check that key values like Access Token and TeamId are filled and press Finish to end the Wizard.Â
