Display Name | The name of the connection |
Connection Settings Page
A connection to ServiceNow is established based on a username, password and an instance name of the ServiceNow application.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Instance name is the unique name from each ServiceNow URL. Example: For the https://myServiceNowInstance.service-now.com the instance name is myServiceNowInstance.
Setting Name | Description |

ServiceNow Instance Name | The Name of the ServiceNow's instance |
Username | The name of the ServiceNow's user name |
Password | The password |
Use allow all SIDs for document | Makes all ServiceNow documents visible to every authenticated user |
Use Change Set | Enables incremental crawls |

Setting Name | Description |

Select entities to index | All selected entities will be indexed |
Selected Workflows to index | All entities with selected statuses will be indexed |
Selected Knowledge Bases Page

Select Knowledge Bases | All selected Knowledge Bases will be indexed |
Index new knowledge bases | If checked new knowledge bases will be indexed, otherwise connector will index only knowledge bases explicitly selected on this page |

Select Service Catalogs | All selected Service Catalogs and Categories will be indexed |
Index new catalogs and categories | If checked new catalogs and categories will be indexed, otherwise connector will index only catalogs and categories explicitly selected on this page |
Auth Realm Page
Setting Name | Description |

Authentication Realm | Authentication system name |
ADFS URL | If ADFS Authentication System name has been selected ADFS url is required(example: https://fs.viarowks1.com ) |
sys_user property to match | ServiceNow user property that should be used for matching |
ADFS Claim Name (only if SSO enabled) | ADFS claim to use |
