Display NameThe name of the connection

Connection Settings Page

A connection to ServiceNow is established based on a username, password and an instance name of the ServiceNow application.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Instance name is the unique name from each ServiceNow URL. Example: For the  https://myServiceNowInstance.service-now.com the instance name is myServiceNowInstance.

UsernameThe name of the ServiceNow's user name
PasswordThe password
Use allow all SIDs for documentMakes all ServiceNow documents visible to every authenticated user
Use Change SetEnables incremental crawls
